Terms and Conditions
By accepting the service or signing the contract, the client must supply the following:
Complete and unrestricted use to the computer or other equipment in order to perform services on it. a functional broadband internet link. Any service plan or maintenance contract will only cover preventive and diagnostic calls intended for the repair and maintenance of the machine and other USB peripherals attached to the computer. It will not cover the replacement of hardware components or parts. The customer is responsible for covering the full cost of replacing any parts or components that are required for repairs under the terms of their service plan or maintenance contract.
Terms of Payment
After the completion of the service and before the experts begin working on the machine, all payments will be made. Once agreed upon, there are no refunds for any payments, and charges cannot be undone after 30 days. Pro-camera disclaims all liability for any refund in any scenario or case, whether or not it results from dial-up, satellite phone, or bad internet connections that prevents Pro-camera from providing the requested service. The costs of any goods or services mentioned in a quote, estimate, or order acceptance are those that were in effect at the time the customer made the inquiry.
Pro-Camera Services reserves the right to change any prices or rates, and/or apply any taxes or levies related to the Products or Services, at any time by notifying the client via email or by displaying the revised prices on our website. Customers can reach us by phone during business hours or by email at any time to inquire about our prices or to seek any changes to them. Before any Products or Services are provided, the customer can verify that any quotes or estimates given by our phone operators or technicians are merely estimates and that the ultimate price that you must pay may differ from such quotes or estimates. Customers have full responsibility for any risk of loss or damage to the unit being fixed, both before and after servicing. Concerns that arise after the machine has been serviced and fixed after the contract ends are not Pro-camera's responsibility. Warranty & Guarantee of Services
We will assign the benefit of any guarantee or warranty covering any flaws in services rendered by us under an arrangement with the provider or supplier of the relevant goods, to the extent that doing so is permitted. If we offer any services, they will be rendered by appropriately qualified and trained individuals, and they will be done so with reasonable care and skill. We might provide you advice on how to install and maintain software as part of any services. By using this program, you warrant that you are not in violation of any applicable licenses and that you are in compliance with all applicable laws. You further understand that it is your responsibility to secure any appropriate third-party licenses for software and other intellectual property or products.
Professional camera experts are qualified to assist, and we promise to send a "Certified Technician" with the necessary training to handle any client concerns we agree to troubleshoot. But, we cannot promise that we will be able to resolve every issue because, in some cases, the client must take necessary steps or follow our recommendations before we can resolve a problem. The customer is still responsible for paying the entire cost of any goods or services that we offer, even in situations when they refuse to comply with our instructions or encounter other unanticipated problems.
There can be no assurance that the problem won't recur or that a different problem won't arise with the same symptoms as the one that has already been fixed when Pro Camera service specialists offer customer help. Under no circumstances will our liability to the client include any personal or business losses the customer may suffer, such as lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or information loss. If we do not affirm in writing any advice or recommendations we or our employees provide to the customer regarding the use, use, or preference of the products and services, the customer follows or acts upon them totally at their own risk.
The customer understands that, unless the failure of the customer's goods is directly related to our services, Pro-camera will not be liable for the cost of any hardware repairs or other losses that arise.
